S.C. ANTARES GAS S.R.L. was founded in 2004, being registered at the Trade Register with the number J38/735/2004, having the main object of activity the bottling and distribution of LPG stove, after an initial investment in a cylinder filling station made by the existing shareholders.

S.C. ANTARES GAS S.R.L. shares are held by two individuals: Mr. Dumitru Becsenescu owns 99% of the shares and Ms. Nicoleta Becsenescu the remaining 1%.
